A friend just alerted me to this event at Birch State Park. I love this park and we are gonna try to make it over there tonight or tomorrow night.
October 21 & 22 from 7pm-11pm at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park
"Goulish guides" will lead guest on the trails, for a spooky yet ecological walk. Kids will also learn from the ecological and
historical themes presented along the trail - but with a spooky twist!
Come in costume and go Trick or Treating, take a ride on an open trailer ride, and decorate a pumpkin.
This event is intended for school-aged children - grammar school and up - but bring the whole family!
Fees: Adults - $5 / Children - $3 / Family of 4 - $12.
Contact: (954) 564-4521
Directions: Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is located on East Sunrise Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, off A1A.

A friend of mine went last night, she said the haunted trail was a bit scary for little ones, (complete with chainsaw). The rest sounded really fun though.
