- This all day event a the Palm Beach Zoo is Saturday, May 14th 9:00 am - 4 pm. IMBD celebrates the annual migration of birds from their summer breeding grounds in North America to their winter feeding ground in Central and South America.
- It is a really cute day, the kids "fly" (okay walk, run, skip etc.) around the Zoo, where they can go to stations and get banded, weighed, and measured like migratory birds get tracked by scientists in the wild. The activities are free with admission to the Zoo.
